Deferred entries to 2021 events


Firstly we thank you all for supporting the events during the coronavirus health crisis and the postponement of all but one of the events that were due to take place in 2020. This has been a very difficult year for many people and your faith in us is much appreciated. That said, there are sadly going to be some changes in the coming year which will mean fewer events due to the continuing uncertainty.
The Billingshurst Triathlon 2021 will be going ahead.
The other events that some of you may have entered:Horsham Triathlon, Brighton Aquathlon will not be possible in 2021.

Deferred entries to Billingshurst Triathlon:

These are automatically transfered on the British Triathlon TriConnect entry booking system and when complete you will receive a confirmation email via the system. So please check your 'Junk' folder, these will be sent out by 6th December.

Deferred entries to the remaining  events:
You will receive an email by 5th December that will show the credit entry you have (please again check your 'Junk' folder).
This will remain a credit towards a future event and to use it please email info@kidstri.uk with your name and the event you wish to enter. We will send you an individual code to enter via email.
Just to mention the code will cover the event only, if you are not a member the British Triathlon, the 'TriConnect' system will still charge you for 'BTF day licence' (£1). Sorry about this but the system cannot process this is any other way, we will of course refund the purchase of this second 'day licence' at registration on race day.

As said it has been a dificult year for everybody and being able to bring you good quaility, fun events is what we want to continue to do in the future and it is only with your support and understanding this will be achieved in these challenging times.
